Former Camp Georgetown prison, a low-security facility in Madison County, N.Y. about 35 miles from Syracuse, is hitting the auction block. Bidding is set to start at $390,000 for the 31-acre facility which boasts 38 buildings, including two gyms, three dormitories, 75 bathrooms, a mess hall and a chapel.
