Continuing the trend of large lease renewals in Midtown, Rothschild North America, a global independent financial advisory group, has re-upped its lease at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, according to landlord Mitsui Fudosan America Inc. The financial services firm renewed its 70,000SF space for a 15-year term north of $90 pSF.
