Emerging Trends in Real Estate: 2013

The U.S. commercial real estate marketplace will continue to recover in 2013 with modest gains in leasing, rents and pricing, according to PwC US and Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate Forecast for 2013. The opinions expressed in the report were derived from over 900 interviews and surveys of commercial real estate leaders.
